Police arrested one driver under the influence of alcohol and another under drugs.
The police detained both drivers at a checkpoint on East Palomar Street between 6 in the afternoon and midnight from Saturday to Sunday.
Two thousand four hundred eleven vehicles passed through the inspection post; the police checked 453 drivers.
Authorities submitted six drivers to sobriety tests, and of those, only two were arrested for DUI.
In addition, the police cited 18 drivers who did not have a driver's license or who had suspended licenses.
The police reported that only one vehicle was towed.
