Larry Millete has been uncooperative regarding the investigation of the disappearance of his wife Maya Millete. He was arrested on Tuesday by the Chula Vista Police Department at his home, charged for the murder Maya Millete.
The arrest warrant stated "There is no evidence to suggest that May left and disappeared of her own accord, or that she had the financial means to do so".
Today at 1:30pm he will face the judge on this charge and a second charge for the illegal possesion of an assault weapon.
