A protective order was received by the court. Deputy District Attorney Christy Bowls affirmed the protective order which  the judge proceeded to ask Martinez if he was informed about who was named in the order, which she said that she had.

“Mr. Millete, you must not harass, strike, menace, assault, follow, stalk, molest, destroy or damage critical or real property, disturb their peace, keep them under surveillance or block their movements," D'Addezio told Millete.

The Judge signed a protective order regarding the release of the body-worn camera and informed Larry that he cannot possess or attempt to possess any firearms or ammunition. She then instructed Larry to not make any contact and to not make any attempts in attaining the  location of protected parties or their family members, caretakers or guardians. Any attempted communications may be reported.

Maya’s Family and attorneys declined to make any comments. No cameras other than the pool cameras were accepted into the courtroom or in the hallways.
