The fatal fall of a three year old boy from a four story window is currently under investigation by the Chula Vista Police Department.
According to authorities, he fell from the apartment complex where he lived. The incident occurred in the 300 block of H street before 10:30 in the morning.
The child was transported to Rady’s Children’s hospital where he was pronounced deceased. According to CVPD Lt. Frank Giaim, no suspicious circumstances are related to the fall.
