Ox Coffee is introducing new seasonal items on their menu, which is set to be available officially on Labor Day Weekend. Menu items will include tasty seasonals such as pumpkin Pie Chai, Pumpkin Pie Latte, Caramel Apple Fizz, and Candy Corn Cappuccino. And lastly, their main seasonal food will be available: Funnel Cake Fries!

Arely’s French Bakery will also embrace Labor Day Weekend with two specialty offers on their menu: Salted Caramel Cupcake and Strawberry Eclair with Chantilly Cream. This French Clairemont-based bakery is a family-owned that has been operating since 2004.

Located in Little Italy, Cloak & Petal will have a variety of dishes for the special weekend, including TNT Lobster Bites with tempura lobster, grilled shishitos, serrano peppers, garlic, togarashi, and more tasty ingredients. Also, a protein dish of A5 Filet Mignon Skewers with chipotle & coffee rubbed A5 filet mignon, spring onion, shiitake, & black garlic ssamjang oil. As for beverages, Cloak & Petal will have Labor of Love! which includes tequila blanco, chocolate liqueur, St. George coffee liqueur, honey, chocolate habanero bitters & orange bitters.

Events
Louisiana Purchase will welcome the local public to a Community Give Back Brunch & Crab Boil on Monday, September 2nd from noon to 3:00 p.m. This event will support the Lincoln High School Football program. Come celebrate this Labor Day Weekend with some Cajun-inspired brunch and traditional NOLA crab boil, with live entertainment, raffles and giveaways, with a price entry of $44 per person.

Cococabana will offer the music for locals seeking vibes and grooves for Labor Day Weekend. The place will have a DJ on the rooftop on Friday, August 30th, and Saturday, August 31st from 8:00 p.m. to midnight. And on Sunday, September 1st will include a sunset DJ from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
