Out with the old, in with the new.
Every month there are new film additions to Netflix, which also means there are many that are being replaced from the streaming service.
We are here to provide suggestions on which films to re-watch before they are gone for good by the end of July.
1. Forrest Gump (1994)
How can anyone forget this classic film based on the 1986 novel by Winston Groom starring Tom Hanks, Robin Wright, Haley Joel Osment. It's been nearly three decades since its original release in '94, and since then it has become one of the most popular and beloved films in the modern era of film. This movie will no longer be available to watch on Netflix by August, so you may want to go watch it one more time before it is gone.
2. Inception (2010)
Leonardo DiCaprio starring as Dom Cobb is a thief with the unique power to infiltrate into people's dream and snatch secrets and information from their subconscious. Dom then gets offered a transcending assignment of planting an idea into someone's head. Check out this popular science fiction film before it gets infiltrated into Netflix's past-time.
3. Jackass 2.5 (2007)
This group of legendary daredevils have marked an historic trajectory in the history of modern comedy, by making films of themselves comitting extremely dangerous stunts that produce uncontrollable laughters to any audience. Perhaps this isn't your cup of tea of scripted entertaining story-lines, but let's be honest, in today's day-in-age where so much is happening in the world, in our country, the one thing we need the most is the pure joy of laughter. So go ahead, watch this one more time with fellow adults who would like to have a few laughs over some drinks.
4. The Blind Side (2009)
Alright, it's time to get sentimental with this film one more time. Blindside, starring Sandra Bullock, Tim McGraw, Lily Collins, and more, displays a beautiful film that's based on a true story. To not give away too much, this movie is about a homeless boy who dealt with traumatizing events growing up, who later became a fantastic football player in college and eventually becoming a first-round NFL draft pick. This film shows how Michael Oher was able to overcome the odds with the help of Leigh Anne Tuohy (Sandra Bullock) and her husband, Sean (Tim McGraw). Enjoy this incredible football story before it's gone.
5. Project X (2012)
If you're my age, somewhere late in your 20's, this film most likely occupies a special place in your mind. This film paved the way to many high and college students in 2012 to become a party goers for some time. Project X is about a few high school nerds who threw big house party at one of their friend's house while the parents were away on a trip. This was supposed to be an opportunity for these three high school boys to gain some fame on campus, in particularly with the popular girls. The house party turned into a… never mind. Go watch it! However, just a heads up, it might want to make you party after.
So there it is, five films you should definitely check-out one or a few more times before they are no longer available by the end of the July.
