Otay Ranch Town Center will hold the 3rd Annual Filipino History Month Celebration this Saturday, October 16 at Otay Ranch Town Center.
The event will begin at 12:00pm with activities for all ages, including cultural and historical displays. Festivities will be located at the Food Pavilion inside the shopping center.
