We're just weeks away from the big fight between American boxers Caleb Plant and Anthony Dirrell.

The fight will take place on Saturday, October 15, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, as the co-main event with the highly-anticipated fight between Deontay Wilder vs. Robert Helenius.

Caleb Plant held a media workout Wednesday, where he spoke to the press about his big fight next month against the former two-time WBC super middleweight champion from Flint, Michigan.

Caleb Plant says Dirrell essentially looked distraught during their recent press conference based on his body language and emotional state, according to the Tennessee native.

“For me, Dirrell was the one who was tense during our press conference. He was getting frustrated and making noise and couldn't think of anything to say. The conclusion I drew is that I am constantly living in his head. I feel that I already reside in it. He knows he has a very high-quality opponent in front of him, someone he can't mess with. I don't know how he is mentally today, but I do know that I'm ready to rock.

It's been almost a year since Plant faced Saul "Canelo" Alvarez in a competition to become the first undisputed super middleweight champion in boxing history.

Alvarez won that battle, but Caleb says he is looking to redeem himself after that loss almost a year ago, something he is looking forward to doing by showing his overall progress he's made since that fight.

“I'm just looking to send a message to the boxing world and put on a great show. I come from the big fight against Canelo Álvarez, and I have been training hard," said Plant. "My team has been in the dungeon ever since, and we can't wait for the bell to ring so we can show off our progress."
