Since Wednesday afternoon, the edge of Industrial Blvd., between Naples St. and Palomar St., looks clear after homeless individuals who had at least a dozen tents along the street were removed from the site by City of Chula Vista. The installation of a perimeter fence has begun to deter future similar settlements in the area.
Although in the early hours of the day and during preceding days, individuals residing there were seen in the area, none remained on Wednesday.
