A white Toyota pick-up truck struck an office building in Chula Vista Monday afternoon near the intersection of Bonita Road and Plaza Bonita Road.
Chula Vista police Lt. Gino Grippo said the motorist suffered minor injuries after colliding with another vehicle at around 3:30 p.m., then striking an office building. The collision resulted in the pick-up swerving off the street and onto the office building at 3130 Bonita Road.
According to Grippo, the building was unoccupied during the collision, which caused moderate damage. No other injuries stemmed from this incident.
Grippo said the driver wasn't cited.
The collision remains under investigation.
