Early voting for the San Diego County Board of Supervisors District 1 Special Primary Election will begin on March 10, giving registered voters multiple ways to participate in the electoral process.
In an official statement, San Diego County announced that over 376,000 informational postcards are being sent to voters, outlining voting options and key dates for the April 8 election. This election will determine the district’s new representative, who will serve the remainder of the term through January 2029.
If no candidate secures a majority of votes on April 8, the top two candidates will advance to a special general election on July 1, 2025.
