Ocean Glapion at the Laugh Factory
The New Orleans-born comedian will be at the Laugh Factory in Downtown, San Diego, where he will be bringing his comedy to town to kick off the weekend.
This comedian has shared the performing stage with legendary comedians such as Martin Lawrence, Tom Arnold, Nick Cannon, Dave Chappelle and etc.

BoomBox at the Music Box
Bringing a house, blues funk rock, and some soul into the mix, Boombox is providing its unique style of music to San Diego this weekend. This band came about in 2004, when its founder, Zion Rock Godchaux started this group that sustains various styles of music put into one unit.
“I remain open to anything you would hear coming out of a boombox,” Zion says. “There are a lot of different vibes and angles, but it still adheres to a universal rhythm. This new record (Western Voodoo) is the most musical and varied, yet it’s tightly wound in respect to that syncopation. There are only a few rules. It should be heavy groove. It should make you want to move. Overall, I’ve further developed the sound people are used to.” he adds.

Emo Night Brooklyn at the House of Blues
For Emo fans in San Diego, this Saturday night will be a homecoming at the House Blues in Downtown, San Diego, as this DJ is prepared to bring its Emo Pop Punk classics to the city. Dancing and mosh-pits are encouraged during this show, along with singing from the top of your lungs.

Chinese New Year Festival at San Diego Buddhist Assoc.
This event in San Diego will welcome the year of the Tiger by inviting locals to see a festival full of activities such as, cultural lion dance, singing performances, LEGO mini displays, etc.

The Scary Pockets are group of world-class level musicians that bring a the funk to you.
