A man robbed a 7-Eleven convenience store early Saturday morning in San Ysidro.
According to police, the suspect entered the 7-Eleven store at 1:22 a.m. on 191 W. San Ysidro Blvd. The assailant pointed a gun at an employee and demanded money.
San Diego Police Officer Robert Heims said the suspect took the money and fled northbound on Cottonwood road.
The thief is described as a man between 30-40 years old with a medium build, wearing a black hat and black clothes.
