Mexican fighter Jaime Munguia is ready to face off British boxer Jimmy "Kilrain" Kelly on Saturday, June 11.

With less than a month to go for this highly-anticipated fight, Munguia, a Tijuana native, is excited to get back in the boxing ring at the Honda Center in Anaheim, where he will be going toe-to-toe with Manchester's own Jimmy Kelly in a 12-round super middleweight boxing fight.

The undefeated Tijuana fighter says that this event won't be easy, but he's confident in the hard work he and his camp have been putting in leading up to this fight. Munguia also adds he will come out victorious in this "test" that will show that he is more than ready to fight for a world title in the near future.

"I am very excited to return to Anaheim and fight in front of all the fans against a high-quality English rival like Kelly," said Jaime Munguia.  "It won't be an easy night, but we are preparing very hard. This new edition of Mexico vs. England will be very exciting for all fight fans, and I am convinced that I will pass this test and be on my way to a world title soon!"

On the other side of the ring, British fighter Jimmy Kelly says he always dreamt of fighting in America one day, which he eventually did when he defeated Chinese fighter Kanat Islam, who was also undefeated just like Munguia currently is at the moment. However, the recognizes that this time around he is going up against the very best at 160 pounds.

“As a child, I dreamt of fighting in America, that dream came true when I beat the undefeated Kanat Islam,” said Jimmy Kelly. “Munguia is the number one guy at 160lbs. To be the best, you need to beat the top fighters in the world. June 11 can’t come quick enough. Munguia is in for the fight of his life.” he added.

This boxing event will take place on Saturday, June 11 at Anaheim's Honda Center.
