Sesame Place San Diego will be hosting its very first Adoption Weekend event in celebration of Elmo’s adopted puppy Tango
Sesame Place Adoption Weekend event will take place on Feb.25 and Feb.26 from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m. in front of the Sesame Park Place entrance. According to event organizers, the adoption weekend event does not require paid admission to Sesame Place to participate. Guests will receive a special discount on admission to the park on the day of the event.
Guests who attend the event will be able to meet rescue dogs from local partner shelters and learn more about the process. There will also be special appearances by Elmo and his newly adopted puppy Tango.

• Rancho Coastal Humane Society
