A Chula Vista home caught ablaze early Sunday morning, causing heavy damages.
According to the Chula Vista Police Department, the home is undergoing construction work caused by the damage. The fire was reported just after 4:15 a.m. in the 300 block of Theresa Way.
Flames were seen burning through the roof of a one-story home and a construction dumpster in front of a building in a video shot by OnScene Tv. Crews of firefighters were seen working to extinguish the flames.
The fire was put out in 30 minutes after fire personnel arrived.
There were no injuries reported.
The cause and origin of the fire are being investigated.
A damage estimate was not readily available.
