The Otay Ranch Town Center will host a Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration and Family Festival for an afternoon of music, culture and food.
The annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration will return to Otay Ranch Town Center on Sept. 17 from Noon to 3 p.m. Visitors may browse various booths with information related to local Hispanic cultural and civic organizations, local vendors and restaurants, and art demonstrations.
Families can find a themed photo booth, and find a make-and-take craft booth for kids.
