The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System is offering discounts to Padres fans who choose to use direct trolley services to PETCO Park stadium.

The highly anticipated playoff series will continue this Friday, Oct. 14, and Saturday, Oct. 15, as the San Diego Padres and the Los Angeles Dodgers go head-to-head at PETCO Park for their third and fourth games of the National League Division Series. The games begin at 5:37 P.M. on Friday and 6:37 P.M. on Saturday.

The transportation agency will offer fans a 33% discount for a 2-day Padres Pass for Friday and Saturday. According to Mark Olson of MTS, the pass is available through the PRONTO app, online at RidePRONTO.com, and will be available at ticket machines starting Friday.

All three MTS Trolley lines provide direct access to PETCO Park, but the most convenient access will be through 12th & Imperial Transit Center and Gaslamp Quarter Station. . Free Park & Ride lots along Trolley stations are also available for use.

The MTS discounts come as PETCO Park expects to see a “pretty insane” crowd for their first at-home postseason game since 2006.

Padres fans can plan with the Trip Planner and get alerts and service updates online. For more information, visit https://www.sdmts.com/getting-around/padres-petco-park.
