The Citrus Celebration is taking place this summer in Chula Vista, and you do not want to miss this year’s annual event.
On August 17, 2024, locals can celebrate this festive community event on the famous Third Avenue in Downtown Chula Vista from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This event, once known as the “Lemon Capital of the World”, will include the following features:
– a plethora of lemon-themed treats
– live music
– photo opportunities with Tarty the Lemon
– a cook-off competition
– arts and crafts vendors
– and a dedicated kids’ area.
The Downtown Chula Vista Association will organize the event, and tens of thousands of locals and visitors are expected to attend the celebration of the local agricultural history.
