NOVA has started a five-year partnership with exclusive kombucha beverage co-branding rights with the San Diego Padres.
This collaboration includes the City Connect-themed Sunset Slam Mando Lime Hard Kombucha, which will be available at Petco Park on the Opening Day of the 2024 MLB season next Thursday, March 28, 2024.
Sunset Slam will be offered on draft and in a 16-oz can at multiple sites within Petco Park. The beverage served in a can will feature the color of the Padres’ City Connect uniforms.
The 8% ABV drink will have a flavor combination of mango and lime and is gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
NOVA Founder Tiago Carneiro says that the brewery company is proud to be a part of the exciting season ahead for the San Diego Padres.

The Sunset Slam will be available on tap in Gallagher Square and within the Craft Beers of San Diego area behind home plate. As for beverage cans, they will be available at the Seaside Market on the first-base side of the main concourse and in craft grab-and-go coolers throughout the ballpark.
Starting on April 1, this kombucha will be available in single 16-oz cans and in six-packs of 12-oz cans at retail outlets throughout the county.
