Authorities announced today that a 71-year-old man named Billy Jefferson has been reported missing in San Diego.
He was last seen near 5400 Kearny Mesa Road just west of the Cabrillo Freeway around 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday, according to the San Diego Police Department.
Jefferson is an African American male who is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat, a beige shirt, a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and dark blue shoes.
He was also carrying a black satchel.
