References to six California cities were made in the International pop star’s song “Wild Wild West ''in her latest album ''30”. The song is a bonus track featured in albums sold exclusively in Target.
“From LA to San Francisco, I lost my mind in San Bernardino. Even in Chula Vista and Modesto. I broke my heart in San Diego,” Adele wrote.
“When did Adele lose her mind in CHULA VISTA and where was I?” a Twitter user wrote.
The English pop star’s last major concert was in 2011 at the San Diego State University’s Open Air Theatre which drew a sold-out audience of 4,800. Adele performed songs from her top-selling album release of 2011, “21”.
Other users conspired over the reasoning behind Adele's visit to Chula Vista.
“I wanna know what Adele was doing in Chula Vista. Getting tacos ?? I hope so,” a Twitter user wrote.
“Why on earth was Adele in Chula Vista? shopping at the Plaza Bonita Mall?,” another Twitter user wrote.
Other users sympathized with Adele’s sentiments.

Adele was born in Tottenham, London. The 30 year old artist currently resides in LA where she owns three homes in the Beverly Hills Area.
Released on Nov.19, “30” is the fourth studio album released by Melted Stone and Columbia Records. A series of ballads are featured on the album touching on topics such as motherhood, divorce, the hardship of fame along with other themes such as love, heartbreak, acceptance and hope.
