The first 10,000 fans who walk through PetcoPark gates for the 2022 SDCCU Holiday Bowl will win a one-time park admission ticket to SeaWorld San Diego, event coordinators recently announced.

The 43rd annual Holiday Bowl is set to kick off on Dec. 28 at 5 p.m. featuring two of the nation’s highest-scoring teams—Oregon (9-3) and North Carolina (9-4). The passes will be distributed at each of the three main entrances while supplies last.

“We are so grateful to SeaWorld San Diego, partners of the non-profit bowl game effort for decades,” said Mark Neville, CEO of the Holiday Bowl said in a press release. “In what already is a premium fan event, this year’s SDCCU Holiday Bowl fan experience was just made even better thanks to our friends at SeaWorld. What a great opportunity for fans to learn more about marine mammals and enjoy all the fun rides and attractions the park has to offer!”

Jim Lake, SeaWorld San Diego Park President said the popular San Diego landmark is happy to show its support for the Holiday Bowl.

“San Diego landmark, we’re very excited to offer locals and tourists attending the game the opportunity to visit our park for a day,” said Jim Lake, SeaWorld San Diego Park President. “We’re happy to show our support for the Holiday Bowl and the benefits it brings to our city, plus give back to our community. Right now is a great time to visit and wrap up the holiday season with our Christmas Celebration with festive shows and decor, fireworks, snowfall, caroling, and so much more.”

The Seaworld tickets will be limited to one per game attendee on a first come, first served basis, and while supplies last. SeaWorld San Diego admission is valid from December 28th through January 8, 2023. Additional restrictions may apply.
