The 2022 Aimloan.com San Diego Blues Festival is one you cannot miss, as the legendary guitarist Billy F. Gibbons will be headlining the event this Saturday. The main objective of this event is to raise funds for food and other costs to support the fight against poverty and hunger in the community of San Diego.
2. FilmOut San Diego LGBT Film Festival

This FilmOut SD is an LGBT-friendly event that has been running in Southern California for years. The festival and screenings are highly respected in the film industry, and have frequently been features in global and national premiers as well. This festival includes Q&A sessions with filmmakers after the films conclude.
3. Fall Fest at Belmont Park

It's September, which means Fall is just around the corner, and so is one of America's favorite holidays, Halloween. And if there's one thing that goes hang-in-hand with the Fall season, it's a good ol' Pumpkin Patch with your loves ones. Well starting this Friday, September 9, Belmont Park will offer the opportunity for your and your group to swing by for a festive time full of FREE Trick-or-Treating, Mr Jack O Lantern’s Pumpkin Patch, live acoustic music perfomances, and a laid back beer garden area. That's not to mention the rides and other attractions at Belmont.
4. Burgers & Beers

Two of our country's favorite things in one event? Wow. Burgers and Beers. You've got to swing by to this event, and try over 20 gourmet burgers as over a dozen local restaurants compete for who has the best burgers and beers in town. There will also be over 40 samples of craft beer at the site from dozens of local breweries.
"Each attendee will be given a token to place in a voting box on the table of their favorite vendor and the vendor who receives the most tokens goes home the victor," the event information reads.
5. USS Midway Birthday & Multi-Cultural Celebration

This is a wonderful family-oriented event where you celebrate the birthday of the historic USS Midway, and you can also enjoy the Multi-Cultural Celebration going on, both at the same time. On deck, there will ba variety of features such as traditional dancers, music, birthday cake, history and more. This gathering is being put together to celebrate the 77th birthday of living history that symbolizes America's commitment to freedom. This is a free event, so bring your whole family with you!
