San Diego is listed as one of the best spots to celebrate the new year, according to  WalletHub

WalletHub compared the 100 biggest cities based on 29 key indicators of an epic New Year’s Eve celebration, and ranked San Diego as 14th place. Chula Vista landed in 96th place overall. 

Chula Vista lead San Diego in the category of  Safety and Accessibility at 13th and 15 place, respectively.  

The list was compiled using data set ranges from legality of fireworks to average price of a New Year’s Eve party ticket to forecasted precipitation for Dec. 31, according to WalletHub.
