Memorial Day Weekend is here and it's filled with several activities for San Diego locals to enjoy.
Here are 5 activities that are taking place this weekend starting tomorrow, Saturday, May 27.
Saturday
1. Santee Street Fair and Craft Beer Festival
Location: Riverview Parkway and Town Center
Cost: Free
Those in attendance will be able to try over 300 vendor booths selling food and craft beer from tasty local breweries, crafty local art, live entertainment, a kid zone for a family zone, and a general beer garden for visitors.
Saturday
Location: Waterfront Park
Cost: Free
San Diego's popular Waterfront Park will be hosting Summer Movies in the Park on Saturday, where locals all of San Diego are invited to enjoy an evening of the film ENCANTO! There will also be food trucks available on site, along with games for attendees and crafts. This evening of showtime will kick off at 6 p.m.

If you wanna stay active in the community this weekend, this clean up opportunity is a good opportunity for locals to keep our city clean for a bigger cause during Memorial Day weekend.
This river cleanup will provide bags, hand gloves, buckets and sanitizer for those involved. Recycle For Veterans and The San Diego River Foundation will be co-heading this community activity.
Monday
4. Mt. Soledad Memorial Day Ceremony
Location: 6905 La Jolla Scenic Drive S., La Jolla
This annual ceremony will be held at Mt. Soledad in the La Jolla area, where people in attendance will pay tribute to service members, where they will also pay tribute Marine Corps Major Megan McClung. The Marine Cops Major was the first woman Marine officer to be killed during combat in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Monday
5. Kensington Memorial Day Parade with Congresswoman Sara Jacobs
On Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, locals are welcomed to participate in the walk of Kensington Holiday at the Home Memorial Day Parade with Congresswoman Sara Jacobs. This invitation has been created in support of the Congresswoman's re-election campaign. The walk will start at 9:30 a.m.
