The California Highway Patrol announced Tuesday afternoon that a Georgia man suspected of abducting his daughter and ex-wife were spotted in Chula Vista.
The 45-year-old Georgia woman Balvanera Esperanz Parada-Oliva, and her 6-year old daughter Rachel Zecena are considered to be missing and at-risk according to the CHP. Authorities report the pair were abducted in Cumming, Georgia near Atlanta. The woman and her daughter were reportedly seen on Dec.28 at around 3:30 p.m in Chula Vista.
Alexis R. Zecena-Lopez, 55, is considered to be armed and dangerous according to police in Cumming, Ga. They are believed to be traveling in a black 2016 Ford Focus Georgia license plates of RVZ9470.
Authorities described Zecena-Lopez as 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Parada-Olivas is 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Their daughter is about 3 feet 10 inches and 45 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
