Nothing Bundt Cakes will be handing out free cakes to San Diegans— a sweet deal for its 25th birthday celebration.

The bakery chain will give out free Confetti Bundtlets, or mini Bundt cakes, on Sept. 1 to the first 250 people at each bakery. In San Diego County, Nothing Bundt Cakes is located in Point Loma, Mission Valley, Chula Vista, Santee, Pacific Highlands, Carmel Mountain, San Marcos, and Carlsbad. No purchases are necessary to get a free bundlet, which is individually packaged and is smaller than a regular cake.

To make this sugar-filled celebration even sweeter, the company is holding an online contest where one person can win a $25,000 birthday party planned by a celebrity party planning company. Additionally, 25 runners-up will each receive a $100 Nothing Bundt Cakes gift card.

Customers who wish to enter the contest must submit a photo from their favorite birthday memory, describing what they enjoyed about it, and sharing what the winning party could mean to them. The company will accept entries from Sept. 1 through Sept. 25.

Those interested in the contest are asked to visit the Nothing Bundt Cakes website on Sept.1 for more information.
