Investigators of the San Diego Police Department are attempting to identify a man who for the past two years, had been peeping into the windows of college-aged women in the College Area. 

Police say the suspect has peeped into homes between the hours of 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. That same man is suspected of at least six cases dating back to June 2020, according to police. 

According to a news release, the incidents occurred in neighborhoods just off Montezuma Road to the east and south of the San Diego State University campus, including on Ewing and Tipton streets and Dorothy and Mary Lane drives. 

The man is captured in private surveillance footage going into private property and peeing into windows in the late evening hours. 

The suspect is described as a roughly 30 to 40-year-old Black man, who is bald and seen wearing black-framed prescription-style glasses and sometimes a short beard. He is roughly 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 to 200 pounds.
