It’s been nine months since the mother of three, Maya Millete was last seen on Jan.7 at her Chula Vista home.

In their bi-weekly report on the investigation, the Chula Vista Police Department (CVPD) said they have interviewed 87 people including friends and family members, issued 66 search warrants and reviewed over 128 tips.

Investigators continue to review multiple items of evidence and are going over thousands of pages of data in the hopes of finding Maya. The department is working with Maya’s family and remain in frequent communication providing updates on the status of the investigation. The CVPD named Maya’s husband, Larry Millete, a person of interest in the investigation on July 22. However, they haven’t released more information.

Maya’s sister Maricris and her husband, Richard Drouaillet organized search efforts across the country with the support of community members since her disappearance. The CVPD recognizes the search efforts and the support of numerous community members assisting to locate Maya.
