A fatal solo traffic collision that combusted into flames in eastern Chula Vista left one motorist dead early Saturday morning.
The Chula Vista Police Department said it recieved several calls at approximately 12:35 a.m. regarding a single-vehicle collision into a tree at the 1900 Block of Otay Lakes Road.
