The San Diego Humane Society (SDHS) is reducing its adoption fees for all adult animals to $20 dollars for a limited time.

San Diegans have from April 20 through April 24 to adopt an adult animal for $20, with the exception of livestock. The promotion is sponsored by Purina.

“Your best friend could be waiting for you, right here at San Diego Humane Society,” said San Diego Humane Society Chief Operating Officer Jessica Des Lauriers. “Right now we have more than 400 pets available for adoption, just waiting to give a new family unconditional love.”

San Diego Humane Society is open for walk-in adoptions Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at its campuses in Escondido, El Cajon, Oceanside, and San Diego.
