The California Lottery is calling on one San Diegan who purchased the winning SuperLotto Plus Ticket worth $38 million from the April 30 draw to come forward before it expires.
Someone purchased the winning ticket from a 7-Eleven located at 430 Spruce Street in San Diego, with all six winning numbers from the April 30 draw. Winners who match all six numbers have 180 days from the date of purchase to claim their prize, according to the California Lottery.
The winning numbers were 3, 15, 21, 35, 46 and the Mega number was 18.
The prize money is poised to go back into California Public Schools if the winner does not claim their prize by the Oct. 27 deadline.
According to California Lottery, anyone who believes they are holding the winning ticket should complete a California lottery claim form, which can be submitted in person at any California Lottery District Office or mailed to California Lottery Headquarters at 730 North 10th Street, Sacramento, 95811 as the zip code.
A player holding the winning ticket who needs additional assistance may contact California Lottery Customer Service at customerservice@calottery.com or call 1-800-LOTTERY between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PDT, Monday through Friday, except on state holidays.
